Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Peerium AI. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must also approve your account before you can use chat or study sessions.

Who can use Peerium AI

Peerium AI is for students aged 13 and up. Accounts for users under 13 are not permitted and are removed without retaining any data. Users aged 13–17 require verified parental consent.

Acceptable use

• Use Peerium AI for genuine study sessions with your matched or invited partner.
• Don't share or ask for another user's contact information (email, phone, social media) in session chat — our content filter blocks this automatically, but circumventing it is a violation.
• Don't harass, bully, or send inappropriate content to a study partner.
• Don't attempt to access another user's account or data.

Reporting and enforcement

You can report or block another user at any time, in-session or from the wrap-up screen. We review every report. Violating these terms can result in account suspension or termination.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure. You can request deletion of your account at any time from your profile settings; if you're a minor, your parent/guardian can also request this on your behalf.

We'll update the "last updated" date above when these terms change materially.
